Position Overview
As the Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing our social media strategy in line with the Amazon brand. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and customer engagement.

- Manage and execute social media campaigns aimed at promoting products, announcing initiatives, and communicating corporate news.

- Collaborate with marketing, customer service, and product teams to align social media efforts with overall business goals.
- Stay updated on the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices to innovate our approach continuously.
- Prepare and manage the social media budget, ensuring optimal ROI on campaigns.
- Provide training and guidance to junior team members and interns.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 3+ years of proven work experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.
- Exceptional understanding of social media platforms, trends, and metrics.
- Ability to create compelling content and engage an online community.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret social media performance metrics.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience with social media marketing tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social) and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics).
- Proficiency in graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite) is a plus.
